When listing my parking space(s) I found the tick box section for Facilities does not cover all of the facilities I can offer, what should I do?

Tick any of the boxes in the facilities section that apply to your spaces and add any extra facilities that you offer which are not covered in this section to your
Car Park Description section and contact us so that we can update the list – we welcome your comments and suggestions.

What should I write in the Car Park Description box?

The more detail you include the better as this will help the motorist decide on booking the parking space. For example:
• A description of the space (size, what surrounds it)
• Proximity to a tourist attraction or shopping complex
• Where in a building it is situated e.g. first floor level of a supermarket or basement level in a hotel

What should I write in the Special Instructions/Restrictions box?

The more detail you include the better as this will help the motorist decide on booking the parking space. For example:
• Entrance is on a different road to the parking space address
• Height restrictions
• Parking Space is within the Congestion Charging Zone
• For security the car park will be closed at 11:55pm and will re-open at 7:00am

Can I accept any size vehicle up to the maximum size my spaces are suitable for?

Yes, if you have a parking space suitable for a vehicle over 28ft long and are prepared to offer the parking space to a smaller vehicle (e.g. car or van up to 16ft long) then tick the relevant vehicle box under Vehicles Accepted for each size vehicle you are prepared to accept.

How much could I earn?

This will depend on how you price your parking space. If you choose to charge a reasonable rate your parking space(s) will be booked on a more regular basis and will be making more of an income.

Banking and Transactions

Why do I need to add my bank account details?

You must be a business or organisation to list your parking space. In order for you to withdraw payments received by us on your behalf from the motorist, you will need to register your bank account details (account name, account number and sort code). We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

How do I add my bank account details?

Login and under My Dashboard click on My Withdrawal Details. Complete your bank details by clicking on Add Bank Account. You can find the sort code and your bank account number on your bank statement. When finished click on Add Bank Account. Note: the status of your bank account will read Not Verified.

I have added my bank account details. Why does the page read 'Please note that your bank account details have not been verified yet'?

We need to verify your bank account in order to ensure that the bank details you have entered are correct. You will receive an email setting out your bank details. Please check that these are correct. If incorrect, please contact us or reply to the email. This email also sets out the steps on How to verify your bank account details.

Can I verify my bank details without using the email link?

Yes. Login and under My Dashboard select My Withdrawal Details then Complete Set Up and enter only the numbers (e.g. 1234) of the verification code from your bank statement. Click on Check Verification. You will then be taken to the My Withdrawal Details page where your bank account status should read Verified. To prevent fraud you will be asked to answer a security question (the secret answer to which you gave when you listed a parking space) before you can add new bank account details.
After 24 hours login and follow the instructions as set out in How do I add my bank account details and enter your new bank account details.
We will now need to re-verify your new bank account in order to ensure that the new bank details you have entered are correct. You will receive an email setting out your new bank details. Please check that these are correct. If incorrect, please contact us or reply to the email.
This email also sets out the steps on How to verify your bank account details.

Where can I see My transactions and can I download them for my records?

Login and under My Dashboard select My Transactions. You can download your transactions to a spreadsheet covering the last 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or all transactions. Revenue is credited to your transactions page each and every day (a day runs from midnight until 23:59pm) of the booking that has past, e.g. Monday has passed and the transaction page is credited, Tuesday is not over so the transaction page is not credited until 11.59 pm. Funds available for withdrawal will be highlighted on the Withdraw Funds button.

Why am I seeing a manual adjustment on My transactions page?

In certain circumstances it may be necessary to make manual adjustments to your transactions. These adjustments will be agreed with you before they are made, e.g. you made a request to us to make a manual refund to a motorist on your behalf.
